What a week contains
Two studio sessions of 60 minutes, one prescribed home or court session, and a written review every 14 days. That shape is the same across all three programmes.
Studio sessions
One-to-one. The hour is the loaded work: holds, HSR, then energy-storage contacts. We do not fill leftover minutes with random circuits. If the plan is four working sets, we do four working sets and we stop.
The third session
Written as homework: a calf-raise set with a stated eccentric tempo, a skip dose, an easy run, or a closed-court hitting block. You send a one-line note if the 24-hour response sits outside the band. We do not ask for a daily diary.
Fortnight review
We repeat the tests that matter for that phase — usually the single-leg heel-raise endurance test and part of the hop battery — and we rewrite the next 14 days. A deload week is placed when the sheet says the tissue has earned a pause, or when the ratio has been high for two weeks running.
What is not included
No open-gym access, no guest passes, no group classes, no nutrition contest, no 30-day body-composition offer. Strength work for bodybuilding or a powerlifting meet is declined at enquiry.
