Kallang · CT Hub

One room, booked by the hour

Urbanfitnesssingapore sits at 2 Kallang Avenue, #06-11, CT Hub, Singapore 339407. The unit is a single training room with a small desk for the load sheet. There is no reception desk, no retail wall and no class timetable.

Mon–Fri 06:30–20:30 · Sat 07:00–14:00 · Sunday closed · by appointment

What is in the room

Equipment is chosen for calf, knee and landing work. If a lift is not on this list, we probably do not have it, and we will not invent a substitute that changes the dose.

Strength
A rack, a set of plates, dumbbells, and a calf-raise set-up that lets us control height and an eccentric tempo. Machines are used when they let us hold an isometric position more cleanly than a free weight.
Energy-storage
A hop strip on the floor, a low box, a metronome, and enough clear landing space that a triple hop does not end at a wall. Plyometric dosage is counted here, then copied onto the sheet.
The desk
A quiet table for the intake and for writing the fortnight. Measurements stay on paper and on a PDF sent to the email you used to book. They are not posted anywhere.
What is absent
No spin bikes in a row, no mirrored bodybuilding floor, no smoothie counter. Changing space is small. Come dressed to train. Showers in the building are not part of the studio booking.
Training room with strength machines and floor plates
The training floor is reserved for the booked hour. We do not run a second session in the same slot.

How the hour is used

You have the room. A typical 60-minute session is a short check of the last 24-hour response, the working sets, and a note for the next visit. We do not pad the hour with a long general warm-up that belongs at home. If the plan is isometric holds and then HSR, that is the hour.

Early slots at 06:30 exist because some runners still want to train before work. Evening slots run to 20:30 so a court player can come after a late office day. Saturday mornings are for people who cannot do weekdays. We do not open on Sunday. Drop-in visits are not offered; the door is locked between booked hours.

If you arrive late, the hour still ends on time. Load is not compressed into a shorter window by speeding up an eccentric tempo. We will drop a set rather than rush a hold.

Getting to CT Hub

Kallang and Lavender are the useful stations. The unit is on the sixth floor. Come up in the lift; the last metres are indoor corridor, not a car-park walk in the rain.

From Kallang MRT
East–West Line. About ten minutes on foot along Sims Way and into Kallang Avenue. Useful if you are already training along the Kallang Basin in the same week.
From Lavender MRT
East–West Line. A slightly longer walk or a short bus along Kallang Road. Handy if you are coming from the city and do not want to change at Kallang.
From Stadium MRT
Circle Line. Walk through the Kallang leisure park edge and across to the Avenue. Longer than Kallang station, but a straight option after a court session at the sport centre.
Bicycle and car
Paid parking sits under and beside CT Hub. We do not reserve a bay. A bicycle can be locked at the building racks; bring your own lock. We cannot watch a bike during the hour.
Mid-rise buildings in a city training district
CT Hub sits among mid-rise blocks on Kallang Avenue. The map on the contact page pins the exact unit.
Quiet desk space used for writing load sheets
Load sheets are written at a desk, then handed over before you leave. The working copy stays with the studio for the length of the block.

Before you visit

Book through the contact form or write to [email protected]. Telephone +65 6908 4217 if you need to move an hour already held. The first visit is the load audit unless we have already agreed a block after a completed audit.

Urbanfitnesssingapore provides exercise coaching, not medical care. We do not diagnose injuries and we do not replace your doctor or physiotherapist. If you have pain, see a clinician first; we are happy to work alongside them.
